Health Department
There is a full time credentialed school nurse on duty from 7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for assistance with health problems and first aid. Students who become ill or injured on campus are required to report to the health office for care and arrangements for school departure.

All adjustments of PE participation involving more than three (3) days require a physician's statement. Medication to be taken during the school day for LESS than two weeks requires a Short Term Medication form and medication must be in the original bottle.  It can only be given by a school nurse.  Medication to be taken LONGER than two weeks requires a Physician Recommendations for Medication form be completed and medication must be in the original bottle.  Over the counter Tylenol and Ibuprofen are available at school with completion of the Health Information Consent form contained in the registration packets.  They can only be given by a school nurse.

ALL NEW AND INCOMING STUDENTS MUST SHOW PROOF OF IMMUNIZATION BEFORE REGISTRATION CAN BE COMPLETED.
